Asian Spicy Vegetable Tomato Ramen

This bowl was loaded with spices, giving it a tangy, spicy, distinctly Asian vibe. Maybe it had lemongrass or coriander? A squeeze of the lemon that comes with it really brightens the flavor. Honestly, I really liked it.
My wife went with the regular tomato ramen, so I had a taste of hers too. Oddly enough, it seemed better than when I had it last year. Maybe they changed the recipe? Or maybe it’s just my imagination…
Speaking of new things, the restaurant now uses a robot for food delivery.
